Short Summary of Agreement
This agreement is intended to clearly define how we'll work together and what you can expect from MTC Web.
Key points include:
- Scope of Services – Your specific project, pricing, deliverables, and Website Care Plan are outlined in your personalized Exhibit A (which will be emailed to you).
- Website Care Plan – Following launch, your website will be hosted, monitored, maintained, and supported through your ongoing Website Care Plan.
- Support & Updates – Routine website updates and technical support are included as described in Exhibit A. Additional work outside the agreed scope is billed only with your approval.
- Your Responsibilities – You'll provide website content, review completed work, and notify us of any requested changes or corrections.
- Ownership of Your Content – All content, images, logos, and other materials you provide remain your property.
- Third-Party Services – Your website may use services such as Webflow, Google, PayPal, and other technology providers. While MTC Web coordinates these services, we cannot guarantee the performance or policies of third-party vendors.
- Privacy & Security – We'll use commercially reasonable efforts to keep your website secure and maintain backups as described in your Website Care Plan.
- Agreement Updates – From time to time, we may update the legal terms of this Agreement to reflect changes in technology, laws, security practices, or our business operations. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the current version of the Agreement. However, your personalized Exhibit A—including your pricing, scope of services, and payment terms—will never be changed without the mutual written agreement of both parties.
- Term & Cancellation – The agreement includes a 12-month initial term and automatically renews thereafter unless either party provides 30 days' written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the Agreement.
Our goal is to make the relationship straightforward and transparent so you know exactly what services are included, how we support your website, and what responsibilities each of us has throughout our working relationship.
